Curate unique and on-trend looks for customers based on their personal style and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into styling recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive brand perception.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate styling recommendations and build rapport with customers.
Collaborate with store team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing styling area.
Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Continuously educate oneself on the latest fashion trends, brands, and products offered by Urban Outfitters.
Provide feedback to store management on customer needs and preferences to help inform buying decisions.
