Utilize excellent communication skills to understand and assess customers' fashion needs and preferences.
Use knowledge of current fashion trends and Urban Outfitters' brand to suggest appropriate clothing and accessories to customers.
Utilize creativity and eye for style to put together unique and trendy outfits for customers.
Demonstrate strong selling skills to promote Urban Outfitters' products and services.
Have a deep understanding of the Urban Outfitters' brand and be able to effectively communicate it to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized styling area to ensure a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant fashion advice.
Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with other store team members to create a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
