Responsibilities
Provide personalized service and proactive follow-up, anticipating client needs and recommending products for occasions and holidays.Style clients in-store and at home, advise on wardrobe and fit, and leverage alterations to support sales.Use store technology, the Bloomingdale's app, wish lists, social media, and product-search tools to serve clients and secure merchandise.Host fashion presentations and private events, build community relationships, and develop high-value clients through networking.Share fashion trends and selling initiatives, support store service standards, and build relationships with designers and buyers.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.Three to five years of related experience.Excellent written and verbal communication, basic math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
