This role is an extension of the personal shopper position, focusing on the administrative side of the business while maintaining seamless communication with clients on behalf of the personal shopper. • Fulfill orders, make plans, and coordinate events • Stay on track with client information, eventually understanding each customer’s preferences and needs • Manage inventory and sales, understanding how priorities affect the business as a whole • Analyze and solve problems with a solution-oriented approach • Take ownership of daily responsibilities and volunteer to manage specific processes • Ensure all tasks are completed, communicating needs and confirming completion • Work and communicate with clients on behalf of personal shopper • Exercise mindful communication and maintain confidentiality • Ensure all tasks are completed, communicating needs and confirming completion • Create and maintain your own personal connections with the clients • Ability to travel and work an intense schedule, including long days and early call times • Physically and mentally prepared for demanding work (able to lift 50 pounds) • Willing to adhere to store schedules and put in the necessary effort to succeed • Able to work Saturdays (this is non-negotiable--Tuesday through Saturday is the weekly schedule for this position) This is a full-time position, therefore the candidate will be eligible for company benefits such as a retirement plan, health insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
