At Barneys New York, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Shopper to join our team! As a Personal Shopper, you'll be the go-to fashion consultant for our customers, helping them find the perfect look and providing them with the best in-store experience. If you have a creative eye and a passion for connecting with people, this is the job for you!Required Qualifications:• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service• Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to curate looks for a variety of customers• Ability to build relationships and provide a personalized experience for each customer• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent organization and time management skills• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Advise customers on current fashion trends and curate looks based on their individual preferences • Assist customers in selecting clothing items and accessories • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service • Build relationships with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product lines • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Support other stylists and sales associates on the floor when needed • Maintain accurate inventory records • Follow store policies and procedures • Ensure store is clean and organized at all times
