Responsibilities: Act as a fashion consultant to clients and provide style advice and recommendations Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and accessories that match their individual style Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and the Barneys New York product range Keep accurate records of customer purchases and feedback Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times Participate in promotional activities and events to promote the Barneys New York brand
