Personal Assistant to Owner and Head Buyer

ZOE Princeton, New Jersey

The Personal Assistant will primarily support (but not limited to) the following areas: retail/ e-commerce buying, showroom and market appointments, customer/market research, inventory management and administrative office tasks. Showroom and Market Appointments Check inventory levels on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to asses and support orders/ re-orders Track purchase order shipments and support with unpacking inventory when needed Run selling and performance reports on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis Compile inventory analysis report: top and bottom performing product by category and style Own return authorization process for all product returns and swaps with brands and showrooms as needed Support Stylists and Sales Associates on the store sales floor 2x per week to learn customer needs and understand variable drivers in product sales Assess social media platforms, runway shows and major fashion publications for latest fashion trends and news to influence seasonal buying Brand discovery and competitor site analysis Schedule and coordinate buyer and market appointments, meetings and site visits Support owner with coordinating company engagements Support with product shipping and packing as needed Support in the development of marketing materials when needed
