Personal Assistant (Fashion)

Location: Bee Cave Area Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support two entrepreneurs—one leading in the fashion (swimwear) space and the other in fintech. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with and manage household/service contractors (cleaning crews, lawn care, home/office projects, etc.) Ideal Candidate: • Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented • Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Tech-savvy with experience managing social media accounts and familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, or Final Cut Pro) • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative • Flexible and open to a wide variety of tasks—no two days will look the same • Must be based in or near Austin, TX, with reliable transportation
