Fashion Nova was built on the backbone of individuality and inclusiveness. • Perform administrative work, data entry, and maintain the integrity of all data in our HRIS platform • Assist with the administration of policies and procedures • Respond to all team member inquiries and requests related to policies, benefits, and other employment related matters • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, including paperwork, new hire induction, and offboarding • Ensure new hires are enrolled in benefits and assist team members with benefits enrollment and provide first level support during qualifying life events • Help maintain accurate employment records and files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements • Work with the Payroll team to ensure all timecards, PTO requests, and any other related tasks are completed to process payroll • Ensure new hire I-9 compliance and maintenance of current team member I-9’s • Process new hire, transfer, promotion, and termination paperwork with absolute accuracy for reporting purposes • Provide various tracking and reporting as requested by the Head of People & Culture • Serve as a subject matter expert on timekeeping system and provide training to functional users • Respond to a wide range of team member questions and|or direct team members to the proper resources • Provide policy and procedure guidance • Provide feedback and updates as needed to Leadership • Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing team member engagement, improving processes, and driving organizational effectiveness • Values and considers the perspectives and backgrounds of all parties • Effectively leverages and builds relationships with key stakeholders and community • Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcome (goals), timing and budget
