The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day employee relations, managing the onboarding and termination processes, and ensuring our workplace remains a supportive and productive environment for all employees.Key Responsibilities Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership, handling concerns and promoting positive employee relations throughout the organization. Termination and Offboarding:Manage the process of employee terminations with care, professionalism, and respect, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conflict Resolution:Mediate conflicts and resolve employee issues with tact and diplomacy, fostering a collaborative and harmonious workplace. Training & Development:Work with leadership to identify opportunities for employee development and provide resources to support ongoing professional growth.Qualifications Proven experience in a People and Culture or HR management role, particularly in employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding. Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, providing leadership and support to staff.
