The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day employee relations, managing the onboarding and termination processes, and ensuring our workplace remains a supportive and productive environment for all employees. • Termination and Offboarding: Manage the process of employee terminations with care, professionalism, and respect, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Employee Engagement: Develop and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being, contributing to a healthy and thriving work culture. Qualifications • Proven experience in a People and Culture or HR management role, particularly in employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding. • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, providing leadership and support to staff.
