Performs a variety of skilled technical work in the installation, de-installation, maintenance and repair of computer, printer and peripheral equipment at the Office and Distribution Center. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Installs and de-installs computer software applications Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs or arranges for the repair of computers, printers and peripheral equipment. Maintains accurate inventory of all computer equipment and parts; maintaining records of repairs and services Prepares legacy equipment for e-waste\recycling Performs equipment installation, preventive maintenance and equipment upgrade and modification of activities. High School Diploma is a minimum, Associate Degree or Certification in technical field (ie: A+ and/or MCDST) is a plus Be willing and able to work flexible hours, weekend and night work Be able to multitask work activities, good communicator and work under pressure Must be responsible, reliable, punctual and disciplined
