Key Responsibilities: MUST know the Gerber Accumark System Create 1st through Production patterns Build garment patterns that help to connect design teams vision with eyes on overall production capabilities Work with and revise patterns per designers/production managers feedback as needed Help to organize and categorize all patterns in company archives, reusing when necessary and organize for efficiency Should have good written and oral communication skills Attend to additional projects as they come up.
