Responsibilities: Effectively develop pattern in 3D Browzwear, VStitcher or CLO Manage new style creation and submit detailed tech packs working with Technical designer Responsible for communicating fit, balance and construction to cross functional partners. Ensure size, grading and fit consistency for development and production. Lead fit sessions achieving design aesthetic and fit. Foster open communication with the team.
