Responsibilities: Effectively translate technical sketch, or sample into Lectra developing pattern for overall fit. Responsible for communicating fit, balance and construction to cross functional partners. Ensure size, grading and fit consistency for development and production. Lead fit sessions achieving design aesthetic and fit. Skills: Degree in Patternmaking 5-10 years’ experience in the apparel industry as a patternmaker Proficient in computer patternmaking programs: Lectra Proficient MS Office, Excel and Word Strong organizational skills Possess strong team playing and communication skills
