We are looking for professionals who will create first pattern and bring the pattern to production Duties and Responsibilities: Create first pattern based on photos, sketches, specs or/and sample garments Identify fit problems and offer solutions during fit session Revise pattern to solve fit issues Edit archived pattern/block to adapt to new styles Complete tech packs and patterns for production Qualifications: 10+ years industry experience Great draping skill Proficiency in Gerber, AccuMark, Lectra or alternative computer pattern making software a plus
