Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a welcoming and professional manner.Interest in fashion, styling, and retail trends, with the ability to learn product details and make confident recommendations.Basic sales, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) system skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.Ability to maintain store appearance, support visual merchandising, and manage inventory tasks such as tagging and restocking.Reliability and flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.Experience and or/willingness to participate in content creation for social media preferred.
