Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role at Surseen is an on-site position based in Knoxville, TN. This role also assists with basic visual merchandising, follows store policies and safety procedures, and collaborates with team members to meet sales and service goals. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of shoppers.Basic sales and retail skills, including handling transactions, operating a POS system, and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.Reliable time management and organization abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and follow store safety and loss-prevention guidelines.Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
