Job Title: Partner Account Manager Classification: Exempt We are looking for a driven, relational, and mission-minded leader to help expand our successful sourcing program. You will play a key role in our next phase of growth by managing key accounts and launching high-volume sourcing partnerships across Central Florida. • Educate potential partners on our mission and program benefits • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts • Plan, research, and generate new growth opportunities within your market • Manage account costs to ensure alignment with company goals • Track all leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and check-ins within our CRM • Assist with event coordination and large-scale fundraising initiatives (e.g., MegaDrives) • Deliver excellent customer service, reporting, and logistical coordination
