Part-Time Vintage Fashion & E-Commerce Assistant

Location: East Nashville, TN
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (flexible around class schedules)
Pay: $18–22/hour (based on experience)

Love fashion, vintage clothing, photography, or social media? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing vintage clothing company.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn every aspect of running a modern vintage business—from authenticating and merchandising one-of-a-kind pieces to product photography, e-commerce, and content creation. If you've ever dreamed of working behind the scenes at a curated vintage store, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Style and merchandise vintage clothing
Photograph products for our website and marketplaces
Assist with social media content and creative projects
Measure, describe, and list inventory online
Steam, organize, and prepare garments
Help maintain our warehouse and showroom
Learn vintage brand identification and garment authentication
Assist with buying, pricing, and day-to-day operations

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

Passionate about fashion, vintage, design, or photography
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Reliable and able to work independently
Positive, creative, and eager to learn
Able to stand, lift clothing bins (up to ~30 lbs), and stay active throughout the day

No previous vintage experience is required—we're happy to teach the right person.
