Part-Time Textiles Production Associate - West Store

Excellent customer service skills are a must! The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. • Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of the product which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards. • Must be able to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed with occasional overtime.
