## Job description As part of our expanding eCommerce team, you will support the Website Visual Merchandiser, working closely with our eCommerce Digital Marketing team, along with European Buying and merchandising team to develop and deliver a consumer led website. Using data analysis, consumer behaviour your commercial awareness and common sense, you'll be quick to understand what interests our customers, how they shop and which products they are buying. You will share your passion for shoes as you deliver our product range in a way which makes us stand out from the competition, whilst most importantly meeting the needs of our consumers. You'll then drive conversion and sales by putting our most desired products right at customers' fingertips and also spotting cross sales opportunities.
