The Style Advisor is responsible for promoting the selling culture in the store, driving business through building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team. Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level of product knowledge. Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
