Greets all customers and associates, assists in a friendly, courteous manner and adheres to the "Yes we Can" policy efficiently resolving customer's questions and requests \- Able to learn and adapt to current technology to assist customer needs \- Responsibilities include truck unload, sign and price changes, replenishment and fulfillment processing to in store and online customers \- Ensures customers receive excellent service by accurately and efficiently processing both in-store replenishment items and online orders \- Adheres to all safety rules and regulations \- Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
