Duties

Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and fitting needs
Assist customers with selecting menswear items that suit their body type, occasion, and personal style
Conduct professional fittings, offering advice on fit, fabric, and styling to enhance customer confidence
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and educate customers on new arrivals and collections
Upsell complementary products such as accessories or additional clothing items to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management
Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-maintained
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts with precision
Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and maintaining accurate stock levels

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within menswear or fashion retail environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail transactions
Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist team members when needed
Knowledge of retail store product details, current fashion trends, and merchandising techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales calculations and inventory management
Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
Experience in product demos and upselling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
Competence in stocking merchandise efficiently while maintaining store organization standards
