Sweet & Spark, based in San Francisco, has been in business for 8 years and believes in the magic of discovery. We are a female- owned company and love curating the new and the old, the vintage and the contemporary, with a feminine aesthetic. Our team travels around the country, collecting from estates and antique faires. Responsibilities: \\+ Meet daily sales goals \\+ Engage with customers and offer style advice \\+ Assist with inventory management and daily deliveries \\+ Communicate our brand story to customers Requirements: \\+ 1+ year(s) of sales experience \\+ Able to work 25-30 hours a week \\+ Available to work weekends and holidays \\+ Passion for vintage and the fashion industry \\+ Ability to understand and interpret a modern, feminine aesthetic \\+ Strong influential communication style; ability to sell with confidence \\+ Not afraid to share ideas and think boldly \\+ Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
