Role Description This is a part full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nashville, TN. The Salesperson will engage customers on the sales floor, provide product recommendations, and support an excellent in-store experience from greeting to checkout. Daily responsibilities include processing sales transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also includes answering customer questions about fit, styles, and new collections, as well as handling returns and exchanges in a professional, solutions-focused manner. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, support in-store events, and represent The Nash Collection brand and values with every interaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive, welcoming experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal communication.Basic point-of-sale (POS), cash handling, and transaction processing skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Visual merchandising awareness, including maintaining attractive displays, sizing and folding, and keeping the sales floor organized.Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.Reliable time management, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to assist wherever needed.Interest in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands, with a genuine enthusiasm for Nashville and The Nash Collection’s mission.Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
