Part-Time Boutique Sales & Styling AssociateLocation: Swoon Boutique – New Orleans, LA
Swoon Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Part-Time Boutique Sales & Styling Associate to join our team. We're seeking someone who loves helping customers feel confident, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Weekends + Some Weekdays! 2 Saturdays/1 Sunday a month required! Approximately 16-20 hrs/weeks!
Responsibilities-Welcome every customer with exceptional service and create a personalized shopping experience.-Style clients by recommending outfits, accessories, and wardrobe solutions.-Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.-Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the point-of-sale system.-Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.-Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory, and new product displays.-Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and boutique merchandise.-Support store events, promotions, and social media content when needed.
Qualifications-Retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus).-Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.-Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.-Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
