Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role is an on-site position based in New Orleans, LA. The Sales Associate will greet customers, provide attentive and personalized service, and support them in selecting outfits and accessories that meet their style and occasion needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, presenting merchandise, handling transactions at the point of sale, and ensuring the sales floor and fitting rooms are organized and visually appealing. The role also involves restocking inventory, assisting with merchandising displays, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a welcoming store experience.

Qualifications

Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients, listen actively, and provide style guidance.Retail sales and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including handling transactions accurately and supporting daily store operations.Merchandising and visual presentation skills to maintain an appealing and organized sales floor.Time management and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as needed.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with team members and store management.Interest in fashion and current trends, with a professional, polished appearance consistent with the brand.Prior retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
