As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. Preferred Qualifications & Education • High School Diploma/GED • Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store • Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels • Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed • Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures • Ability to work effectively within a team • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours Caleres and Famous Footwear are invested in our Associates.
