JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.Preference given to candidates that can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet personal sales goals. Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and educate customers on key collectionsProcess sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments with professionalismUpsell and recommend products to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunitiesMaintain attractive visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves regularlyManage inventory by assisting with stock replenishment and conducting stock counts to ensure product availabilityDeliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
