PART TIME sales associate for busy downtown clothing store. Candidate should have professional and friendly attitude and be dedicated to excellent customer service! Must be able to greet and engage customers as well as assisting Store Manager with daily operations. Easy and brief training on how to assist customers with selecting and trying on Formal Wear. Perfect job for college student after classes. Hours are afternoons from 1:00 to 6:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fun and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Assist customers with try ons
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
