Working as part of the European Programme & Change Team you'll have the opportunity to apply your project management skills to a whole range of activities - anything from process improvement, systems enhancement or implementation or change management - you'll manage projects which deliver benefits that will positively affect the working lives of 10,000 store colleagues in over 500 retail locations and crucially the shopping experience of millions of consumers who visit Clarks every week within the region. ## Profile You'll be a highly motivated individual, working within a commercial retail organisation with at least 3 years' experience of playing an integral part on successful small to medium sized projects, or be able to give great examples of significant involvement in business process improvement.
