Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and fashion-forward Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This role blends in-store retail, styling, and social media content creation, with opportunities to take ownership of our online shop presence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, friendly customer serviceStyle mannequins and merchandise displaysAssist with daily store operations (opening/closing, organizing inventory, processing sales and donations)Create engaging content for social platforms, such as making reels and carousel postsManage and list items on Depop & Poshmark - Photograph merchandise and write compelling product descriptionsSupport donation intake and merchandising of new inventoryQualifications
Strong interest in vintage, designer, or high-quality secondhand fashionExperience with social media content creation and postingComfortable being on camera and making creative contentFamiliarity with Depop, Poshmark, or similar resale platforms (preferred)Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiativeBe knowledgeable of our charities and our missionReliable, kind, and honest (core values of our shop)Schedule & Location
Part-time (flexible hours)Must be able to work across both locations:Cincinnati, OHNewport, KYWeekend availability neededCompensation
