Part Time Instructor - Fashion Design

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of teaching each assigned class section(s), including, but not limited to: preparing for class, implementing published syllabus and course outline, communicating with students; evaluating and grading student performance and assignment submissions; maintaining current and accurate records that require online entry of student data, including attendance, progress grades, midterm grades and final grades; holding onsite classes in accordance with the published day, time and modality; beginning and ending class on time according to published start and end times. Provide feedback and grades for onsite/virtual course assignments by the following class session. • Communicate weekly to students who are absent from class within the same day of the of the missed class for synchronous classes. These additional duties may include, but not be limited to, workshops, portfolio reviews, and other instructional work. • Communicate with department director, faculty lead, and where appropriate about ways in which student learning can be Improved.
