Part-Time Fashion Stylist / Sales Associate – Women’s Resort Wear Boutique

Back of the Bay is a well-established women’s resort wear boutique that has been part of the Naples shopping community for more than 35 years. With three locations in Naples, we are known for our colorful selection of women’s fashion, premium brands, and exceptional customer service.

We are currently looking for friendly and fashion-focused part-time Sales Associates to join the team at our flagship location. Our boutique stylists provide personalized wardrobe advice and help each customer find clothing that makes her look and feel wonderful.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with selecting and styling outfits
Provide friendly, personalized fashion and wardrobe advice
Restock merchandise and ensure the sales floor remains organized and fully stocked
Maintain the boutique’s presentation and merchandise displays
Process sales transactions and assist customers in the fitting rooms
Help create a welcoming, professional, and inspiring shopping experience

Qualifications:

Passion for women’s fashion and styling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Comfortable approaching customers and offering personalized assistance
Retail or fashion experience is preferred but not required

Schedule & Benefits:

Part-time, 2-3 days per week
Hours are generally 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. / 12:00p.m.-8:00p.m.
Weekend availability is required
