Confident Peaches Boutique is a growing online women’s fashion boutique looking for a Dallas-based, fashion-forward content creator to help us grow our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “post on social media,” but someone who can create fun, engaging fashion content that gets people to stop scrolling, follow our page, visit our website, and ultimately shop with us.

This is a 90-day trial position at $750/month, with the opportunity to continue and expand the role if it’s a good fit.

What You’ll Create

Approximately 30 pieces of content per month, including:

* 15 Reels/TikToks or other short-form videos

* 10 carousel/static posts

* 5 additional trend, engagement, or flexible-content posts

* Outfit inspiration and styling content

* Try-ons and “get ready with me” content

* New-arrival content

* Fashion tips and styling ideas

* Trending sounds, concepts, and formats

* Lifestyle/fashion content

* Behind-the-scenes content

* Relatable/funny fashion content

* Promotional and sales-focused content

Content will be posted across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This Is NOT Warehouse Content

Confident Peaches is an online boutique, and our inventory is stored in a warehouse. The warehouse is not intended to be our content studio.

We want our content to feel like real-life fashion and lifestyle content.

You might create content:

* At home in front of a mirror

* Getting dressed or styling an outfit

* Outside around Dallas

* At coffee shops or restaurants

* In neighborhoods or other visually appealing locations

* At parks or other lifestyle settings

* Anywhere that makes sense for creating engaging fashion content

You do not need a professional studio or expensive equipment. A good smartphone, creativity, and an eye for content are more important.

Clothing Is Provided

You will not be expected to purchase clothing in order to create content.

Confident Peaches will provide the clothing/products we want featured. We’ll select pieces from the boutique and get them to you. There will be opportunity to keep some of the pieces as your own, others will be returned to warehouse as samples.

If there is something on our website that you particularly want to use for content, you can always request it.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for helping with the full content process, including:

* Coming up with creative content ideas

* Filming and editing short-form videos

* Creating photos and carousel content

* Staying current with TikTok and Instagram trends

* Creating strong hooks and concepts that encourage people to stop scrolling

* Writing captions

* Helping develop a monthly content calendar

* Posting/scheduling content

* Cross-posting to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

* Monitoring engagement

* Paying attention to what content performs well

* Adjusting the content strategy based on performance

* Providing basic monthly performance/reporting information

What We’re Looking For

The right person will:

* LOVE fashion

* Be creative and have a strong eye for aesthetics

* Understand Instagram and TikTok culture

* Be comfortable creating content on camera

* Be comfortable modeling clothing

* Have a fun, engaging personality

* Understand what makes people stop scrolling

* Be able to recognize and utilize trends

* Be able to come up with ideas independently

* Be reliable and consistent

* Be Dallas-based

You do not necessarily need years of professional social media experience.

You could be a:

Our goal is to build a consistent social presence that grows our audience, increases engagement, drives traffic to our website, and ultimately generates sales.
