Your primary goal is to drive business growth through building strong relationships with clients and leading the sales team. This includes greeting clients, offering styling advice, and following up after sales to ensure their satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must possess: • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in fashion or retail • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus You will work approximately 40 hours a week and may be required to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet during shift hours.
