Position Overview

As a Part-Time Fashion Advisor, you will bring our brand to life every day! Your mission is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day. You’ll proudly represent our organization and our purpose-driven brand. Your role is essential to embodying the unique and positive Kendra Scott culture!

Your Responsibilities

Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests using our WOW Service Principles. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to create memorable experiences!Results Driven: Set goals and diligently work towards achieving them! Focus on building guest connections to enhance our brand and store performance.Network Builder: Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community, showcasing our meaningful impact.Trustworthy: Always adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures while doing the right thing.Effective Communicator: Educate guests on product details and personal style, expertly suggesting products that match their needs.Nimble Operator: Adapt and thrive in various roles, whether on the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, or in Operations.Action-Oriented: Make it a priority to positively impact your guest’s experience by proactively resolving concerns.Team Collaborator: Support your team in creating WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.Minimum Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18.Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.Capacity to bend, squat, twist, and reach.Stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.You Would Be a Great Fit If:
