Position: Part-Time Customer Service Associate for Fashion and Apparel Company At LTVplus, we’re all about delivering WOW-worthy customer experiences for brands worldwide. We’re a remote‑first company with teams worldwide, embracing flexibility and diversity.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email about washing and care instructions, sizing and fit information, order modifications, pre‑order availability, and general FAQs.Ensure SKU alignment between Shopify and the 3PL fulfillment system before each collection drop.Handle back‑office tasks related to customer orders and inquiries.Deliver excellent customer experience reflecting the brand’s values and quality standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an asset.Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fashion/apparel industry is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software/CRM systems.Experience with Shopify.Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.Interest in fashion and knitwear products is an advantage.Working ConditionsMonday – Friday 9 am – 11 am PST.Channels: Email, chat (back office).Application ProcessOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Kindly fill out the skills assessment form.#J-18808-Ljbffr
