Part-Time Buyers Assistant - Fashion Company

Concept is a Womens, Mens & Kids fashion apparel, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, handbags, and footwear retailer based in Washington State. This will start as a part-time position 24-30 hours per week approximately with opportunity for advancement and growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITY -Helping with buying decisions -Entering products into the POS system/website -Creating Purchase Orders -Following up with Vendors -Supporting stores with any inventory/receiving issues -Supporting the Assistant Buyers with day-to-day operational needs -Supporting the Chief Merchandising Officer with day-to-day operational needs SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Strong attention to detail -Strong spelling, typing, and math skills -Analytical and Very Organized -Experienced in Excel / Google Sheets -Open availability (Most work will be Mon-Fri however some weekend shifts may be required) A few days a week will be worked in downtown Los Angeles, and the other days will be working at an office in West Hills, CA in the Valley.
