Overview: The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. • Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships. • Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. • Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis; may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
