Part-Time Assistant Store Leader - Level 2

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Leader - Level 2 who can help lead our vibrant store. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in reaching sales goals and fostering a supportive team environment. Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and contributing to overall success across comp sales goals.Recruit, develop, and retain a highly collaborative and enthusiastic team to bring our vision to life.Create excitement and engagement through promotions of new products, utilizing social media platforms.Oversee store operations, ensuring a customer-first approach while maintaining efficient business practices.Monitor inventory levels and implement shrink/loss prevention strategies, manage payroll hours, and support associate scheduling.Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding trends and customer feedback.Analyze sales reports to inform your strategies for meeting sales objectives.Merchandise the store creatively, adhering to planograms while launching promotions in a timely manner.In partnership with the Store Manager, develop a team of dedicated associates focused on outstanding customer service.What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of retail management experience is preferred.A love for music and pop culture is a must!Proven success in leading teams toward their goals.Strong communication, recruiting, and operational skills (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).A commitment to developing your team and fostering a positive work environment.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is a plus.Flexibility to navigate the fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations.Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate around the store and effectively merchandise products using store equipment.Capable of packing and unpacking boxes of merchandise, with some items weighing up to 50 pounds.Join us in creating an amazing experience for our customers and team members!
