Part-Time Assistant Store Manager

Join us as a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager! You'll play a pivotal role in crafting an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers while supporting a dynamic store leadership team. What You'll Do: Your extensive product knowledge and customer service skills will leave a lasting impression.Troubleshoot and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed, stepping in to ensure smooth operations.Open and close the store as required, being entrusted with key responsibilities.Engage in sales transactions at the register and utilize your fandom expertise to enhance sales through additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup, while managing registers accurately.Be familiar with the store sales plan, understand comp sales goals, and key KPIs, including UPT and ADT.Assist with store layout changes and merchandising strategies to create appealing displays.Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners to keep us ahead of the curve.Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain store integrity.Help organize and maintain the stock room and sales floor to create a welcoming environment.Support the development of a collaborative and enthusiastic team alongside your leadership.Engage in any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail store experience, especially if you're a music and pop culture enthusiast!Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a passion for developing team members.A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
