As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success by supporting our leadership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your enthusiasm for pop culture will not only assist our fans in finding the merchandise they love but also enhance the overall shopping experience.

What You’ll DoDeliver an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.Take initiative when needed, stepping in to provide leadership support on the sales floor.Manage store operations responsibly by opening and closing the store as required.Handle sales transactions at the register, using your pop culture knowledge to encourage additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure to communicate any register discrepancies to your Store Manager.Understand and support store sales goals, focusing on key performance indicators such as units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ADT).Assist with merchandising strategies and store layout adjustments to create an engaging shopping environment.Share insights on pop culture trends with management and corporate partners to enhance our product offerings.Work with management to prevent theft and ensure a secure shopping environment.Contribute to store cleanliness and organization, aiding in stock room efficiency.Help foster a collaborative team atmosphere that motivates and retains passionate team members.Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.What You’ll NeedMinimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and team development.Must be at least 18 years old to apply.A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Ability to navigate the store environment, merchandise products, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Compensation for this role ranges from $17.40 to $20 per hour. This range is based on various factors including an individual's education, location, experience, and meeting job requirements.
