As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at BoxLunch, you will play a crucial role in our success by supporting our store leadership team. Your mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can access the merchandise they love. You'll leverage your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist the management team with daily operations and achieving sales targets.
What You'll DoDeliver an outstanding shopping experience that invites customers to return, showcasing your product expertise and excellent customer service skills.Step up when necessary, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support during busy times.Be entrusted with store keys, enabling you to open and close the store as required.Process sales at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge to drive additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Manage register closures and report any discrepancies to your Store Manager.Understand the store’s sales plan, comp sales goals, and core KPIs, including UPT and ADT.Assist with merchandise placement and store layout adjustments to enhance customer experience.Communicate fashion trends and insights to management and headquarters.Work alongside Store Management to prevent inventory theft and ensure a secure shopping environment.Maintain an organized stockroom and a tidy store appearance.Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team culture within the store.Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.What You'll NeedA minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you're passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, this role is for you!Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and a desire to help develop your team.Must be at least 18 years of age.A high school diploma or GED equivalent.The ability to navigate the store, use merchandise equipment, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.Compensation ranges from $17.65 to $20.30 per hour, based on factors such as education, location, experience, and job qualifications.
