As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our success by aiding the store leadership team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your knowledge of pop culture will not only help customers find the merchandise they adore but will also aid in training new team members to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back for more. Your product knowledge and customer service skills will impress everyone! Step up as needed to provide leadership support on the sales floor when your manager is occupied. You'll have key responsibilities, including opening and closing the store. Handle the register with confidence, process sales transactions, and utilize your pop culture expertise to recommend add-ons, such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure accurate register closings while reporting any shortages or overages to your Store Manager. Understand the store's sales plan and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help meet targets. Assist with organizing planograms, store maps, fixtures, and merchandising displays. Communicate fashion trends and insights to management and HQ partners. Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain store integrity. Help maintain an organized stock room and ensure the store stays tidy. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment as you lead your store. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you're passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, we want you! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills, with a genuine desire to develop your team. You must be at least 18 years old to join our team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).The pay range for this position is $13.60 - $15.65 per hour. The starting pay is based on various factors, including education, location, and experience.
