Part Time Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The Assistant Store Manager must also inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors-including a customer focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPl's. • The associate must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as needed. • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. • This is a part-time position.
