The Assistant Store Manager is a key driver of sales and customer satisfaction within our retail stores. Responsible for shaping a comprehensive store strategy aligned with our corporate values and mission, the individual oversees operational aspects including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The employees’ weekly hours will be adjusted to 32 or fewer as per business needs. Responsibilities: • Achieve personal and store sales goals, setting a positive example for the team and fostering the development of sales skills among team members. • Utilize proficiency in various computer systems and applications, including POS, CRM systems, and inventory management tools.
