A day in the life, what you’ll be doing: • Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience • Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to "solve for yes" and escalates issues as appropriate • Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience • Shares feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience • Performs as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks etc.) The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week is required.
